FIDEtechnology addresses the global environmental impact challenges from industrial processing. Our patented technology allows significant reductions in Industrial Energy Consumption and CO2 emissions. It’s cost effective patented technologies can quickly be scaled up to benefit different industries where fine grinding, lower energy consumption and CO2 reduction is demanded.

Our innovation is applied initially to the Vertical Roller Mill grinding concept (VRM) and can be added to existing machines from most producers with modifications. However, in order to get the full benefit from the technology a complete FIDEtechnology LC Mill is proposed and is essential to achieve the optimal production results.

Within cement-making our initial focus was to dramatically improve the grinding process with our LC Mill. Today’s result are increasing grinding efficiency “up to 300%” and lowering the purchase and operational costs. Additional offerings are the ability to grind any material much finer (for blends etc), separately grind several different materials in the same LC mill and lower the CO2 emissions overall (achieving CO2 credits).

Concrete and Infrastructure

Concrete is the main element for the massive Infrastructure projects currently planned and underway around the world, such as transport, accommodation, water and new energy. The LC Mill can make a massive contribute by reducing the CO2 footprint, energy requirements and cost of concrete when grinding the ingredients. The LC Mill also enables new “Green concrete” blends to be produced by making the strategic elements (cement, sustainable fillers) more reactive. To enhance the Circular Economy we can grind “old concrete” optimally to allow highest usage.

With Strategic Materials becoming more difficult to mine or becoming depleted, our LC Mill technology is able to grind minerals finer, at a lower cost, and higher efficiency therefore increasing the reactivity. Clean Energy

The FIDEtechnology LC Mill can make a significant contribute to the transition to Clean Energy generation and storage. In traditional Thermal/Combustion processes for energy and heat generation (Biomass, coal, Municipal Waste, etc.) the waste gases are cleaned (desulfurization) by injecting fine reactive powders. The powder reactivity and effectiveness are enhanced with the LC Mill at a lower cost. As Lithium supplies for energy storage battery production become critical, the LC Mill could enhance its reactivity to reduce the volumes required.
